Background
Built from the provider's side of the desk
Level Nexus exists because the same conversation kept happening. A Skills Development Provider wins a contract or a discretionary grant, needs to deliver a qualification within weeks, and discovers that writing a compliant material set from scratch takes months they do not have.
So we built the register instead. Today it holds 252 programmes across 16 sectors — 155 QCTO-aligned occupational qualifications, 81 registered skills programmes, MQA mining programmes and the legacy material employers still ask for by name.
The second half of the business followed naturally. Providers who could suddenly get material in days were still spending months stuck in accreditation, usually over documentation rather than capability. We now walk that file through with them.
Where we work
We are based in KwaZulu-Natal and supply providers in all nine provinces. Material moves digitally and accreditation support runs on video calls, email and WhatsApp, so distance has never been the constraint — responsiveness is, and that is the part we compete on.
How we talk about what we do
We do not promise accreditation. No supplier can — the QCTO and the SETAs grant it, and they grant it to your organisation on the strength of your systems, staff and facilities. What we can promise is material that stands up to scrutiny, an honest read on whether your file is ready, and a phone that gets answered.
